Description

This kob is similar in appearance to the impala but is more heavily built and the two species are not related. Kobs are generally reddish-brown with the underside of the body being white with a white ring around each eye and a white patch on the throat. This kob is a male displaying its thick and ringed, almost to the tip, horns.
